Responsible in supervising and lead production team towards achieving production target within required specification and the right cost

To ensure maximum safety measures are taken during production.

A few years in manufacturing field will be an added advantage preferably of Punching/ Stamping/ Blanking operation

Bachelor of Science in Production/Manufacturing /Mechanical Engineering

To supervise and lead production team towards achievement of production target.

Formation of work team among production operators for continuous improvement as well as leading and monitoring staff to excel in performance.

Evaluate and appraise production staff performance and develop training program to to upgrade staff skill.

Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment

Provide engineering and technical support on all production matter.

Preparation / revision of all production documents inclusive Work Instruction, ISO9001, ISO14001, EMS, Safety and Quality.

To perform a duty of Night Shift Supervisor based in night shift rotation schedule.

Proficient in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Words

Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently
